安装服务流程说明

一、安装前准备

  • 安装计划确认:根据项目进度制定安装时间、批次及人员安排

  • 现场条件确认:核实场地尺寸、施工环境、水电条件及进场要求

  • 图纸与清单核对:确认安装图纸、产品清单及安装位置

  • 人员与工具准备:安排专业安装人员,准备安装工具及辅材

  • 进场协调:与项目方、施工方协调进场时间及施工顺序


二、进场与现场交接

  • 人员进场报备:按项目要求完成进场登记

  • 物料清点:按区域清点家具数量与规格

  • 区域划分:明确各空间安装范围及责任区域


三、现场安装实施

  • 定位放样:按图纸及现场条件进行精准定位

  • 结构安装:柜体、台体、床体、隔断等主体安装

  • 五金安装:门铰、滑轨、锁具、拉手、调节脚等

  • 固定与加固:必要位置进行墙体或地面固定,确保安全稳固

  • 系统配合:与水电、弱电、设备安装单位进行协调配合


四、调试与自检

  • 功能调试:抽屉、门板、升降、滑动等功能测试

  • 稳定性检查:结构牢固性、安全性检查

  • 外观检查:表面平整度、缝隙、对齐度检查

  • 问题整改:发现问题及时调整或更换


五、现场清洁与整理

  • 成品保护:对已安装完成的家具进行保护处理

  • 现场清理:清除包装材料及施工垃圾

  • 环境恢复:保持施工现场整洁有序


六、客户验收

  • 验收配合:按合同、样品或确认标准进行验收

  • 问题记录:整理验收意见及整改清单

  • 整改完成:按要求完成调整并复检


七、交付确认

  • 签署验收文件:完成安装验收确认

  • 资料交接:提交安装完成说明、使用与保养建议

  • 安装完成交付:正式进入使用阶段


八、售后服务支持

  • 质保服务:按合同提供质保与维护支持

  • 使用指导:提供日常使用及保养建议

  • 持续服务:配合后续调整、补装或二次施工需求




Installation Service Process Description


I. Pre-installation Preparation
Installation Plan Confirmation: Determine installation time, batches, and personnel arrangements based on project progress.

Site Condition Confirmation: Verify site dimensions, construction environment, water and electricity conditions, and entry requirements.

Drawings and Bill of Materials Verification: Confirm installation drawings, product list, and installation locations.

Personnel and Tool Preparation: Arrange professional installation personnel and prepare installation tools and auxiliary materials.

Entry Coordination: Coordinate entry time and construction sequence with the project owner and construction team.

II. Entry and On-site Handover
Personnel Entry Registration: Complete entry registration according to project requirements.

Material Inventory: Count the quantity and specifications of furniture by area.

Area Division: Clearly define the installation scope and responsibility areas for each space.

III. On-site Installation Implementation
Positioning and Layout: Perform precise positioning according to drawings and site conditions.

Structural Installation: Install main structures such as cabinets, countertops, beds, and partitions.

Hardware Installation: Install door hinges, slides, locks, handles, and adjustable feet.

Fixing and Reinforcement: Secure to walls or floors where necessary to ensure safety and stability.

System Coordination: Coordinate with water and electricity, low-voltage, and equipment installation units.

IV. Debugging and Self-inspection
Function Testing: Test functions such as drawers, doors, lifting, and sliding.

Stability Check: Check structural firmness and safety.

Appearance Inspection: Check surface flatness, gaps, and alignment.

Problem Rectification: Adjust or replace as needed if problems are found.

V. On-site Cleaning and Organization
Finished Product Protection: Protect the installed furniture.

Site Cleaning: Remove packaging materials and construction waste.

Environmental Restoration: Maintain a clean and orderly construction site.

VI. Customer Acceptance
Acceptance Cooperation: Conduct acceptance according to the contract, samples, or confirmed standards.

Problem Recording: Compile acceptance opinions and rectification list.

Rectification Completion: Complete adjustments and re-inspection as required.

VII. Delivery Confirmation
Sign Acceptance Documents: Complete installation acceptance confirmation.

Document Handover: Submit installation completion instructions and usage and maintenance suggestions.

Installation Completion and Delivery: Officially enter the usage phase.

VIII. After-sales Service Support
Warranty Service: Provide warranty and maintenance support according to the contract.

Usage Guidance: Provide daily usage and maintenance suggestions.

Continuous Service: Cooperate with subsequent adjustments, supplementary installations, or secondary construction needs.
