流配送流程说明

一、发货前准备

  • 发货计划确认:根据项目进度确认发货时间、批次及到货顺序

  • 产品清单核对:核对型号、规格、数量与项目对应关系

  • 成品复检:确认产品外观、结构及包装状态合格

  • 定制包装:采用防震、防潮、防刮花包装,必要时使用木架加固


二、物流安排

  • 运输方式选择:根据项目地点及产品特性选择整车 / 专线 / 物流配送

  • 车辆调度:合理安排装车时间与运输路线

  • 物流信息登记:建立发货台账,记录车牌、司机、联系方式


三、装车与发运

  • 装车规范:按产品尺寸与安装顺序合理摆放,防止挤压与倾倒

  • 防护措施:加固固定,避免运输途中移位或损坏

  • 出厂发运:完成装车并正式发运


四、运输过程管理

  • 运输跟踪:实时掌握运输进度

  • 异常处理:如遇天气、交通等突发情况,及时沟通并调整方案

  • 到货时间确认:提前与项目现场确认收货时间


五、到货与卸货

  • 现场到货通知:物流到达前提前沟通

  • 卸货组织:按区域、楼层、空间分类卸货

  • 外包装检查:检查包装是否完好,有无明显破损


六、收货验收

  • 数量清点:按发货清单逐项核对

  • 外观初检:确认无明显运输损坏

  • 异常记录:如发现问题,现场拍照并记录


七、问题处理机制

  • 运输损坏处理:确认责任并安排补发或维修

  • 少件 / 错发处理:及时核实并补齐

  • 沟通反馈:第一时间反馈项目负责人


八、配送完成确认

  • 签收确认:现场签署收货单或物流签收文件

  • 资料归档:整理物流单据、签收记录

  • 配送完成:进入安装或交付阶段


九、售后与支持

  • 后续协调:配合安装、调试进度

  • 物流总结:为后续批次或项目优化物流方案

Logistics and Distribution Process Description


I. Pre-shipment Preparation
Shipping Plan Confirmation: Confirm shipping time, batches, and delivery sequence based on project progress.

Product List Verification: Verify model, specifications, quantity, and their correspondence to the project.

Finished Product Re-inspection: Confirm that the product's appearance, structure, and packaging are qualified.

Customized Packaging: Use shockproof, moisture-proof, and scratch-resistant packaging; use wooden crates for reinforcement if necessary.

II. Logistics Arrangement
Transportation Method Selection: Select full truckload/dedicated line/logistics distribution based on project location and product characteristics.

Vehicle Scheduling: Reasonably arrange loading time and transportation routes.

Logistics Information Registration: Establish a shipping ledger, recording license plate number, driver, and contact information.

III. Loading and Shipment
Loading Specifications: Arrange products reasonably according to size and installation sequence to prevent crushing and tipping.

Protective Measures: Reinforce and secure to prevent displacement or damage during transportation.

Factory Shipment: Complete loading and officially ship the goods.

IV. Transportation Process Management
Transportation Tracking: Monitor transportation progress in real time.

Anomaly Handling: In case of unexpected situations such as weather or traffic, communicate and adjust the plan promptly.

Arrival Time Confirmation: Confirm the receiving time with the project site in advance.

V. Arrival and Unloading

VI. Receiving and Acceptance
